You can also save your polling data independently of the show in which they are initially embedded. These data files are smaller than combined show/session files, and you can use them to generate reports.

1. Click on the Save Session icon in the TurningPoint ribbon/toolbar
2. Navigate to the folder you wish to save the data in
3. Optionally you can change the name of the file
4. Click Save
